Teri Cole Smith

Hi, I'm Teri Cole Smith. Like many, I came to Real Estate later in life – and after a world of diverse experiences. I was born in the Midwest, raised in Florida, attended graduate school at the University of Chicago and have lived from New York City to the backwoods of the Ozark Mountains. However, the WNC Mountains have captured my heart with their unique and special call. Our area is rich with history and I consider myself lucky to be surrounded not just by mountains but also festivals, museums, craft shops, artists and folk music. I love to hike local trails with my dog, Sadie, and weekends find me cheering my son on in high school football, wrestling or track. My husband and I each have motorcycles and love riding the Blue Ridge Parkway. And while the Cherohala Skyway and Tail of the Dragon always beckon, I am happiest riding the curvy back roads of Jackson County, alongside rivers, past farms and cabins and up into the mountain hollers (:

As a Realtor I bring Care, Diligence, Knowledge - and a Smile - to guiding you through your purchasing or selling experience. Whether you are a first time or experienced buyer, or selling a long time family home or a vacation rental, you deserve a fair and honest Realtor who cares about you- one who listens to your needs, provides informative feedback and learns the facts when representing you. Buying or Selling a home can be exciting but also stressful: I work very hard to make the process a smooth and satisfying one for my clients.

I am happy to have the opportunity to serve you. It truly is my greatest pleasure to live and work in the Blue Ridge Mountains!

The mountains are calling and I must go.” ~John Muir
